Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing obeliskseo.com, the free scan, or the Obelisk application, you agree to these Terms. If you use Obelisk on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. The service

Obelisk scans websites for on-page SEO issues, computes a health score, connects Google data (Search Console and Analytics), and produces recommendations and a roadmap. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

  • Only scan or connect sites that you own or are authorized to audit.
  • Do not use Obelisk to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any site or system.
  • Do not resell, scrape, or abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent limits or security.
  • Follow all applicable laws and third-party terms (including Google's and WordPress's).

5. Subscriptions & billing

  • Pricing. Individual plans are $20 per site per month. Agency plans are $7 per site per month with a 5-site minimum, dropping to $5 per site for each site above 50 (graduated).
  • Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each period until cancelled.
  • Changes. Adding or removing sites adjusts your charges going forward. We may change prices with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • Taxes. Prices exclude taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.

6. WordPress credentials & drafts

If you connect a WordPress site, you authorize Obelisk to use the application password you provide to read content and, where you choose, save changes. Obelisk saves changes as drafts and never publishes to your live site automatically. You are responsible for reviewing and publishing any change.

7. AI-generated content & results

Scores, recommendations, and AI-drafted fixes (titles, meta descriptions, alt text, and similar) are provided as guidance. Review them before use. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, or result.

8. Intellectual property

Obelisk, its software, and its branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. You may use outputs we generate for you in your own work.

9. Third-party services

Obelisk relies on third parties such as Google, Stripe, and email providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or availability.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms — including scanning or connecting sites you were not authorized to.

13. Termination

You may stop using Obelisk at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RadWiz Industries is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Confirm and complete this with your attorney.)
